This is an intensive level 1: 55 hour training on the following dates:

Saturday & Sunday: December 7 - 8th & January 11 - 12th (hours 10a - 6p)

Reformer Add On level 1: 20 hour training on the following date:

Sunday, January 19th: (hours 10a - 6p)

What You'll Learn:

• Design and execute classic barre/mat pilates classes and fusion classes for all fitness levels.

• Structure a dynamite 45, 55, or 60 min. class that’s perfectly balanced.

• Pattern exercise sequences that not only supercharge strength gains, but also enrich cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, endurance, and posture.

• Cue in a way that helps all learning styles thrive.

• Rock your class personality through incorporating fun fusion choreography.

• Learn experiential anatomy & biomechanics to learn our sequence methodology & maximize the benefits of muscular endurance work.

• Learn how to apply everything we use in a mat class on the reformer, understand how moving from the mat to a moving surface and incline/decline makes a difference and how you can amplify your pilates practice by incorporating & sharing both!
