BE FLOW is an alignment-based flow class that is intelligently sequenced to help you build heat, flexibility, and strength in your body and mind as you work to achieve your goal. Different than your traditional vinyasa class, come prepared to move in creative ways. This class is open to all levels of practitioners with options to up-level and modify your practice as needed.

The peace you’ve been looking for! BE ZEN is a yin-based practice that will allow you to access flexibility in your muscles, joints, fascia, and mind. This class is the perfect complement to our other classes to give your body the well-rounded balance it craves to consistently practice yoga AND life. BE Sculpted

An upgrade to your traditional PiYo, this class incorporates all the benefits of pilates, yoga, and barre. Think toned arms, legs, and core as well as balanced flexibility in your body! From big and small ranges of movement, targeted toning, and an overall body workout that will leave you a little sweaty (and a little sore), you will leave wanting to take more BE Sculpted classes!

BE Functional

BE Functional is an innovative blend of mobility, deep stretch, and myofascial release targeting specific areas of the body. Dive into focused weekly sessions, combining self-myofascial massage, targeted movement, deep stretch, breathwork, and meditation or a soothing sound bath, all culminating in a rejuvenating Savasana. Ideal for post-intensive workouts like sculpt, weight-training, cycling, and running, this class promotes recovery and is suitable for all levels and body types.

BE TRX + Core

Explore the dynamic world of TRX System or Total Resistance Exercises, a cutting-edge form of suspension training crafted by former U.S. Navy SEAL Randy Hetrick. Unleash a fast and efficient total-body workout that engages every muscle group.
