Join us for the pilot of BE NOURISHED, our new 6-week group wellness coaching program to help you reclaim your health and happiness with health-supporting and mindful lifestyle practices to nourish your body, mind, and soul.

What we'll cover:

Week 1: Create your vision for optimal health so that you can get clear about the healthy habits that you need to get in place so you can live well for a long time

Week 2: Assess where you are now and where you want to go in eight dimensions of well-being so you can start to map out your journey to get there.

Week 3: Set goals you’ll actually achieve so you can finally start making some progress in the areas of your life that you've neglected for too long.

Week 4: Take action to start building momentum and changing your lifestyle for the better.

Week 5: Follow through when you don’t feel like it so you can STOP making excuses and start living the life you want to live.

Week 6: Celebrations of what you've accomplished and learned; plan your next steps on your health journey so you continue to move forward.

Meet the Team

Mel

Mel is a coach & curator for our RX for wellness program. She has over ten years of experience in working with private clients to achieve their goals for health and wellness. Mel leads from a place of personal study, client case studies and experience in what works. In her journey of working with clients she knows Wellness is not a one way that works for all and Mel honors each person's goals by creating
a personal approach based on lifestyle.

When not coaching her private clients or nurturing @thestudio.be you will find her with her family, making time to hang with friends or trying something new to keep learning and growing.

Elaine

Elaine was so committed to making an impact in her first career as an educator that she neglected herself and burned out within five years. When her dad got sick in 2021, she realized health is built over decades of small decisions, and she plans to choose wisely. After going on her own wellness journey, she now helps other purpose-driven women find harmony between their desire to make a difference in the world and the need to nourish their own body, mind, and spirit.

She has a health coach certification from Duke Integrative Health, a master’s degree in Integrative Health, and a National Board Certification for Health and Well-Being Coaches.

By adopting new exercise routines, eating habits, mindfulness strategies, clearing out and organizing their physical space, finding community, and more, her clients gain confidence in their ability to transform their lives, and then they actually do it!

She looks forward to working with you on your holistic wellness journey here at The Studio Be.  

Gabby

Gabby is a coach for our RX Wellness Program. Her passion for overall health derives from her experience transitioning from a D1 collegiate athlete alongside graduating with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology Health & Wellness (2013). Upon ending her career as a competitive athlete, Gabby had to learn how to navigate old injuries, nutrition post-athlete, and re-learn proper training & recovery.

Figuring out and studying what works, what doesn’t and why, has become one of Gabby’s lifelong hobbies. She is passionate about supporting others on their journey as a mentor, cheerleader and coach!

Gabby is also a certified mobility specialist, doula, and E-RYT 500 yoga teacher. She loves to cook, read, travel with her husband and snuggle with her dogs!
