25 Hours Prenatal | 25 Hours Postpartum

Welcome to our comprehensive hybrid 50-Hour Perinatal Training Program for Fitness & Wellness Professionals. This program is designed to equip you with the tools to support mothers through the transformative stages of pregnancy and postpartum. Led by certified doulas, perinatal educators, and a labor & delivery nurse, this program includes:

  1. 25 Hours Prenatal Module Explore all stages of pregnancy, anatomy, sequencing/fitness formatting, hands-on assists, and holistic support. Gain invaluable knowledge on pregnancy, labor, comfort measures, and fostering physical and emotional well-being.

  2. 25 Hours Postpartum Module: Dive into postpartum healing with a focus on pelvic floor and core recovery, hormonal balance, and emotional support during the fourth trimester.

Our program blends online content, in-person learning, observation hours, and hands-on teaching practice, ensuring you’re prepared to confidently guide mothers through these pivotal phases of life.

Optional 10-Hour Add-On: Perinatal Sculpt Pilates Training
Enhance your expertise with this specialized module combining Pilates-inspired movements tailored to the perinatal body. Learn to create dynamic, strength-building classes that support both prenatal and postpartum students. This training complements your yoga foundation and adds versatility to your teaching toolkit.
