Is your studio heated?

No! We are a non-heated studio. Our classes are room temp, and the exact temperature hovers at 76 depending on the season. You will build heat from the inside out and be able to feel your limits and abilities grow without the artificial flexibility that comes with heat. You will still break a sweat in BE FLOW and BE SCULPTED! 

I am new to yoga, what class is right for me?

You can attend any class on our schedule! Our BE FLOW & BE SLOW FLOW classes are all levels and options will be given for all poses. BE ZEN is also a great option if you are looking for deep relaxation and stillness in your poses. Please arrive 15 min before class starts to chat with your teacher and get settled into the studio. 

What kind of classes does The studio be offer?

We have flow, yin, aerial & strength based classes on our regular schedule. Check out our class descriptions to find the perfect fit for you! We also offer workshops, immersions, and trainings to help you learn more about yourself and your practice. 

What do I need to bring to class?

You and your beautiful smile! All BE classes (excluding reformer & sculpt) require a mat, water bottle, and any essentials to make you comfortable! We have mat rentals available for $5 and water fountains in the studio next to the storage lockers. We also sell bottled water and topo chico. We have blocks, straps and blankets so no need to pack your equipment or accessories!  

All BE Sculpted & BE Sculpted: Reformer classes will require grip socks, a water bottle and you and your smile! We provide mats for all BE Sculpted classes NOT any other classes.

How many people does each class hold?

We prefer intimate class sizes to give you space and attention to form as alignment is a foundation of our teaching. We recommend to sign up ahead of time to secure your spot and walk-ins are welcome. We believe in the connection created before, during and after classes so we keep our class sizes 18-22 participants depending on style.

Where do I park?

There is plenty of parking available in the Heights Mercantile & The Montrose Collective parking lots! If the lot is full on a busy weekend, there’s street parking available on Heights Blvd. (Heights) and Grant st. & Crocker st. (Montrose)

Heights Mercantile has paid parking where student’s will scan a QR code, create an account and add a card in order to park. Parking ticket validation is only covered for 90 minutes once you park and will automatically be timed& charged upon leaving through Metropolis.

In addition Height Mercantile also hosts a market every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month from 9AM-1PM, limiting parking that is available. If you are signed up for a class on Sunday mornings, we advise that you arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your class start time to ensure you can find parking and not feel rushed on your way to class!

The Montrose Collective provides an indoor parking garage and valet if street parking isn’t available. If you park using the indoor parking garage or valet please bring your parking ticket with you to class for us to valid date your ticket. Parking ticket validation is only covered for 90 minutes once you receive your parking ticket! Any additional time will not be covered by The Studio BE.


what is your cancellation policy?

Clients must cancel 8+ hours before class start time to avoid being charged a $15 late cancellation fee. If you signed up with a class pack or single class drop in and late cancel, you forfeit your class credit. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed into class. Cancellation fee’s are non-refundable.

what is your WAITlist policy?

We assume if you add yourself to the waitlist you want to take class! Clients on the waitlist must remove themselves before our late cancel policy of 8+ hours before class start time if you do not want to be added to class. If you are on the waitlist and added into class within the 8+ hours cancelation policy you will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee for a no-show or late cancel. Cancellation fee’s are non-refundable.

I booked with classpass what’s your policy?

Classpasser’s are not allowed to switch their credit for another class due to classpass policy. Classpasser’s must also arrive 15minutes before class to create a profile, given a studio tour, and must provide a valid card for your account. Clients must cancel 8+ hours before class start time to avoid being charged a $15 late cancellation fee. If you signed up with ClassPass and late cancel, you forfeit your class credit. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed into class. Classpass also has our policy’s listed when booking with The Studio BE.
