I truly believe that yoga helps the physical and mental body equally. Taking the time to breath back into my body and find a sense of calm and grounding during the day is so important. It is what I try to bring to my students in every class, with the sole goal of moving their bodies, breathing and being present for themselves. I took YTT at The Studio Be and that helped me to learn more about the different aspects of yoga and fall even more in love with the practice! I am constantly learning and growing in this space and love sharing it with others in class. I work to make my class a comfortable space for all students and all levels to come and practice yoga.

How would you describe your teaching style in three words?

Meditation, grounding & heat-building

What is your favorite meal or type of food?

My favorite food is hands down tex-mex, I always love going to El Tiempo, Alma Latina or any of the Houston gems to get some fajitas! :)

Who is one person that has influenced your life?

My mom practiced yoga all through her life and she inspired me to become a yoga teacher and share that joy, passion and magic with others.
