I discovered yoga at a time in my life when I was seeking greater balance and peace. Initially, I was drawn to the physical practice, appreciating the challenge and the way it made me feel in my body. As I continued to practice, I realized that yoga offered not only physical benefits, but also helped me cultivate mental clarity and emotional stability. This led me to pursue deeper study, including teacher training, and I now enjoy sharing my love of yoga with others. For me, yoga is not just physical, but a way of life that brings a sense of connection, mindfulness, and joy.

What can students expect from your class?

Students can expect a thoughtful and intentional yoga class that is designed to cultivate their physical and mental well-being. The class will include a creative flow allowing for a sweet stretch while building strength and flexibility. In my classes, you can expect an inspired flow that is designed to challenge you while also being accessible to all levels. I strive to create a safe and supportive space that promotes a deeper connection with the body, breath, and inner self, where everyone feels welcomed and encouraged to explore their practice.

What is your favorite meal or type of food?

Italian food. It is not just a meal, it's a love language!

What is your favorite genre of music?

While I have an appreciation for all types of music, Latin music holds a special place in my heart.
