Raquel’s approach to wellness is to embody practices that heal and support the whole self. Her classes invite you to practice with integrity while you explore the edges of body's potential, to finish feeling connected, empowered, and restored. Raquel started teaching in 2011 and has since then completed over 1,000 hours in continuing education as a E-RYT 500 trauma-informed movement & meditation teacher, and sound healing facilitator. When not teaching she loves to travel, drink matcha latte's and read good books.

What are your go-to yoga products/essentials/clothing?

Go-to yoga products are a pair of myofascial release balls. They are the perfect compliment to any movement practice to relieve tension and initiate a faster recovery. In addition it, improves range of motion, aids in injury recovery, supports muscle functioning and reduces acute soreness/pain.

Do you own any pets?

I don't own any pets at the moment but if I did I would have a furry cat!
