WILL

William is a native Houstonian and a dedicated yoga and Pilates teacher with a passion for mindful movement and strength. He began consistently practicing yoga during law school, discovering its transformative effects and its ability to balance the intensity of his legal work. He deeply values how both yoga and Pilates build control, flexibility, body-mind connection, and balance. In his classes, you can expect a mix of fluidity and precision, with a focus on grace and strength. William enjoys connecting with his students and challenging their limits while creating space and community in movement.
