MIA

Mia Bradford is a 200 HR RYT who lives for aerial, yin, and restorative yoga. Due to the past traumas, she's faced emotionally and physically, yoga allows her body to transform the trauma held in her body into meditation through movement. Yoga has taught her presence, to be aware of her emotions, and continues to remind her that she is alive. As an asthmatic, being able to breathe is a gift and the power of pranayama taught her to self-resource during challenging moments. Yoga has been a place of healing, accomplishment and fun and she loves to share this in hope that others create their own meaningful experiences.

What can students expect from your class?

When coming to one of my aerial classes, you can expect to have fun, do some hard things and feel accomplished! It may look easy and with my guidance, I will get you into the cool shapes you've always wanted to try. It takes some trust and patience and you can get there!

What is your favorite meal or type of food?

My favorite food is Indian but I am a foodie through and through. I love all cuisines and am in heaven when I'm eating.

What is your favorite genre of music?

I love Soca! It gets me going, especially in the morning because I'm not a morning person.
