Mandi believes yoga and meditation are practices that are accessible to all people and bodies. Her curiosity in the practice evolved from Power Flow and Vinyasa to Meditation, YIN and Restorative styles and training allowing her teaching and practice to evolve and grow. She is a constant student and is always looking for what’s next to add to her toolbox.

What can students expect from your class?

You can expect a warm welcome to my classes and movement that makes sense and feels good in your body. Whether it's a flow, slow flow, YIN, Chair or any other class, you will leave feeling well rounded and challenged should you decide to take the invitation. I believe no one knows your body better than YOU do and the shapes I offer are suggestions and invitations to explore.

Do you own any pets?

Two cats, Tsuki and Bagheera and one new (adopted good friday) Husky Dog named Blanco.
