KRISTINA

Kristina found her way to yoga in 2012 as a way to add more  movement to her life. The practice helped her balance a crazy work/workout schedule. Kristina decided she needed a change of pace and career in 2016 and took her first 200 HR Yoga training, followed by her 20 hour Yin training and then later completed a 60 hour prenatal/postnatal yoga training in 2023. After 9 years of instructing, Kristina enjoys Yin the most. Guiding people within their own bodies, slowing down and holding space is what she is passionate about the most. Off the mat she’s a dedicated mama to a sweet little girl and loves traveling with her family.

What’s your favorite yoga pose?

Double Pigeon! I love a juicy hip opener!

What is a TV Show you can’t stop watching?

I am more of a podcast girlie and true crime is my genre of choice. My favorite podcasts are Let’s Not Meet, Morbid and Crime Junkie.

What’s your favorite book?

I’m very big into an author named Rachel Harrison. She has some really great horror novels that are a bit funny and spooky at the same time. I’m such a bookworm that it’s impossible for me to have a favorite book!

“This is a great class for meditation and mindfulness. It was very relaxing where the instructor focused mainly on breath work and dee stretching. She made the class especially comfortable with a body pillow for support, yoga blocks, and a blanket.”
