I took my first yoga class back in 2010 thanks to a 10-class pack from Groupon and some persistent friends. I then wasted the other 9 classes and didn't try yoga again for a couple years until some other persistent friends talked me into it. At first, yoga mostly supplemented my other active hobbies until I discovered the joy of being upside down in 2017. Arm balances led to handstands which led to acro yoga. Finally, I trained to become an instructor in 2019. Though I haven't entirely eschewed my engineering alter ego, I very much enjoy the creativity that comes with teaching yoga on the side.

What can students expect from your class?

Levity! I teach a lighthearted class full of options to float. Come to sweat, get upside down, and have fun while you're at it!

What is your favorite meal or type of food?

Definitely pizza.

Who are two people that you would love to have a meal with?

Anyone that enjoys pineapples on pizza.
