KATIE

Katie's personal yoga journey started in 2014 when she was looking for movement that complemented her love of running and mountain biking. But yoga quickly became her biggest passion. By 2016, Katie was inspired to share her newfound passion with the world. She became certified as a 200-hr yoga teacher and has been teaching ever since. Katie is a learner first and a teacher second and truly believes there is never an end to what we are capable of discovering in our own yoga practice. With this philosophy in mind, Katie likes to teach from a place of intentional creativity, incorporating new forms of movement with traditional yoga postures to find a greater sense of connection and mobility in the body.

What are your go-to yoga products/essentials/clothing?

I know we all love Lululemon, but my newfound equivalent for all things yoga clothes and beyond that won't break the bank is CRZ Yoga (on Amazon!)

What is your favorite meal or type of food?

Breakfast is my absolute favorite meal of the day! savory or sweet, it doesn't matter; I love all breakfast foods all the time :)

Who is one person that has influenced your life?

One of my very first yoga teachers inspired me to ultimately become a teacher myself. Her approach to the practice and continuous love for learning led me to where I am today.
