JESS

Jess joined the fitness industry in 2017 starting off as a Reformer Pilates instructor. During her pilates training, she completed a MPH and has several years of doctoral work in epidemiology. Jess has always had a passion for fitness and wellness as she was a cheerleader at Sam Houston State University, while also craving an understanding of the inner workings of the body. She has a B.S. in biology with a minor in chemistry and outside of the fitness world, Jessica has a full-time position in healthcare. This combines her passion for public health, wellness, community, and being a forever learner.

What can students expect from your class?

Except technicality, great music, sweat, and to leave the room feeling several inches taller with confidence. Jess's teaching style aims to have students gain knowledge in how to improve physical mobility while also experiencing moving with ease. "I want you to leave my classes feeling like you can conquer anything."

What is your favorite meal or type of food?

Pasta! Give me all the carbs.

What is your favorite genre of music?

Pop.
