My yoga journey started in high school when I learned about the improvements one can have in sports performance when one is flexible and has a greater range of motion. This introduction led me to taking a semester of yoga once I was in college. This course helped me improve my flexibility and relieved me of pains and imbalances in my body. I continue to practice today because of the physical benefits and the mental serenity that yoga provides.

What are you currently trying to improve or work on in your craft?

Iā€™m working on improving my flexibility and strength in my hips, specifically internal hip rotation.

What is your favorite meal or type of food?

I love Mexican food and Chinese food.

Who are two people that you would love to have a meal with?

Martin Luther King Jr. and Dwayne Wade.
