She combines authentic compassion, an upbeat personality, and a sprinkle of inspiration to help you leave your mat feeling powerful, sweaty, and heartfelt. Ingrid's personal mission is to bring joy to her students by challenging their bodies with movement and connecting their minds to power, energy, and balance.
