Harvest Your Health Challenge at The Studio BE
As we move into Fall—a season of grounding, reflection, and change—The Studio BE invites you to join our Harvest Your Health Challenge, an 8-week journey that extends beyond the physical yoga practice into a fuller, more balanced way of living.
This challenge is designed not just to help you move your body more consistently, but also to help you explore practices that nurture your mind, energy, and spirit. Together, we’ll weave yoga philosophy, chakra awareness, mindful movement, and community support into a season of true transformation.

What is the Harvest Your Health Challenge?
Over the course of 8 weeks, you’ll be invited to:
Practice on your mat at least 30 times at the Studio BE (yoga, sculpt, or intentional movement classes all count).
Attend at least 6 out of 8 Mindful Sundays, where we’ll explore deeper themes like chakras, meditation, and yoga philosophy.
Reflect, journal, and connect with your fellow community members.
This isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence. Every small step builds resilience, clarity, and connection.

Why Explore the 8 Limbs of Yoga?
Yoga is more than poses—it’s a holistic system for living well. The 8 Limbs of Yoga offer guidance for how we move, breathe, focus, and show up for ourselves and others. They remind us that yoga isn’t just what happens on the mat—it’s how we live in the world.
By exploring the limbs alongside the chakras, you’ll begin to see how yoga philosophy can bring more balance, compassion, and awareness into your everyday choices.
Why Now?
Fall is a season of transition. After a year of rapid shifts and change, it’s easy to feel ungrounded or overwhelmed. This challenge gives us the chance to slow down, root into practices that restore balance, and align with a supportive community.
Think of it as planting seeds now so you can harvest steadiness, vitality, and clarity for the season ahead.
