My name is Amanda, I started my yoga journey after finding a love for meditation. Yoga has helped me immensely in my day-to day life, it has helped me cope with stress and anxiety. While also teaching me the importance of making time for myself. :) You can find me at The Studio BE on Tuesday mornings!

I love animals! I have 3 dogs, 2 cats and 1 fish.
