REIM

Reim is originally from Calgary, Canada. She moved to Houston in 2016 and now works full-time as a project manager in the oil and gas industry. She discovered yoga during a challenging season of transition and quickly realized it was more than just movement—it became a space to reconnect, build strength, and shift her perspective on the things she couldn’t control.

Her classes offer a thoughtful balance of strength and flexibility, with music that flows with the energy of the room, and space for intentional reflection. Reim curates every playlist to reflect her personality and the mood of the practice. She hopes the benefits of the practice extend beyond the four corners of your mat—maybe something she says resonates with you, maybe you leave feeling just a bit more capable of breaking your limits and outgrowing yourself.

How would you describe your classes in three words? Multi-tiered, peaceful, and safe from judgment.

Favorite thing to do outside of the studio? Traveling, trying new things, and reading—anything that expands my horizons.

What is your favorite meal or type of food? Japanese. Invite me to sushi and I’ll never say no.
