Mel has been teaching movement based classes since early 2013, led 200 & 300 hour yoga trainings and intensives to certify others for a variety of movement based certifications. She is a registered instructor through Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT 500 and YACEP. She thoroughly enjoys teaching what she is so passionate about and finds it is extremely gratifying to watch students blossom, solidifying her belief that everyone's lives will be enriched spiritually, physically, and mentally through the practice of yoga.

Do you own any pets?

YES, three bulldogs: Thor, Hulk & Po (they are the BEST!)

Any accomplishments that you’re proud of?

Raising my babies, Keeping my business doors open during CoVid & growing post, Doing what I love every day for work!

What is your favorite genre of music?

There is no one because it depends on my mood, fav artists are Marc Anthony, Nas, Beyonce & Maroon 5.
