Kiva discovered yoga while dancing with a local company and spotted a Hatha class at her gym. That first class sparked a lifelong passion that led her to complete over 500 hours of training across various styles, including Rocket, Hatha, Yoga Better (functional movement), and Kinetic Yoga. Kiva has also been practicing Chiropractic care for several years after receiving her license in 2012.
In her classes, she focuses on functional movement—yoga that supports and enhances everyday life. Expect to leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and maybe even with your Chi a little more lifted.

I love reading, so it’s hard to choose just one—but the Bible is my number one. I also think everyone should read The Four Agreements.Do you have any pets?
