Diana discovered her love for pilates and group fitness over 10 years ago. Her connection to movement deepened during pregnancy, when she gained a whole new appreciation for what the body can do. Her mom’s experience with cancer also pushed her to take health and wellness more seriously — not just as a passion, but as a way of showing up fully in life.
As a Pilates instructor, Diana’s mission is to help others feel strong, empowered, and proud in a supportive, high-energy space. When you take her class, you can expect a blend of intentional, dynamic movement and feel-good energy. Her classes have the perfect mix of challenge and community — leaving you strong, grounded, and proud.
What is your favorite snack and drink? An acai bowl full of berries and mango! And I could never turn down a cafecito.
What is a TV Show you can’t stop watching? I love a good drama with strong characters and a little chaos - Outlander and White Lotus all day.
