A proud Houston native, Bryce found her path to teaching through an unexpected detour—a collegiate dance injury that led her to yoga as a form of healing. What started as a recovery tool quickly blossomed into a deep love for the mind-body connection that yoga and movement offer. In 2017, she became certified in both Barre and Yoga, officially launching her journey as a teacher.

Bryce’s mission? To create a space where people feel empowered, supported, and uplifted—where community thrives and positive energy flows right back into the universe. Her classes are known for their high energy, inclusive spirit, and undeniable strength.

    Savasana – the ultimate moment of peace.

  • Outside the studio?
    You’ll find her cozied up with a book (she’s currently deep into the second ACOTAR book!) or tending to her garden—her other happy place.
