Driven by curiosity and a desire to break out of routine, [Name] found her path in yoga after challenging herself to try something new. What started as an experiment quickly grew into a passion for movement, breath, and mindfulness. A 200-hour certified yoga teacher for over four years, she later deepened her practice by completing her Pilates training in 2024.

Her teaching style blends strength and stillness, focusing on core engagement, breath awareness, and mind-body connection. She offers a wide range of classes including vinyasa, yin, prenatal/perinatal yoga, mat and reformer Pilates, barre, and even kettlebells—bringing a well-rounded and inclusive approach to wellness.
