ANNA
Born and raised in New Orleans, Anna discovered yoga in college during a time of change, seeking peace and grounding. After years of deepening her practice and completing training, she found joy in sharing yoga with others. As a Vinyasa teacher, she leads fluid, breath-centered flows designed to build strength and flexibility in the body and mind. She hopes to create a safe and welcoming space where students can deepen their connection to body, mind, and soul. She believes yoga can help you feel more present and at ease in your body—and that it will meet you exactly where you are.

Do you have any pets? I have a sweet border collie named Emmy. She loves food and people watching.
Favorite thing to do outside the studio? I love to run and spend time outside.
